We're the Crocefoglia's! A family with strong Italian & Polish roots from Nazareth, Pennsylvania. We founded Blue Moo Ice Cream & More in 2015 with a simple idea; To provide Homemade Eats and Tasty Treats to our local community.

That simple idea has blossomed into an Ice Cream & Pierogi fueled mission driven every day by our founders Brian & Michelle Crocefoglia (Pictured Left) to be the absolute best Ice Cream Shop & American Eatery around.
